Difficulty sometimes hides behind a smile, expertise, or indecision.

SuperAgreeables: They say yes to everything, often out of fear of rejection. Build trust, then gently highlight the imbalance. Encourage boundaries and self‑awareness.

KnowItAlls: They resist correction and thrive on authority. Respect their knowledge, but introduce alternatives without making them look bad. Sometimes letting them take credit keeps peace.

Stallers: Indecision is their shield. Narrow choices, emphasize benefits of deciding, and encourage commitment. Help them see that progress requires action.

These personalities aren’t malicious; they’re stuck in patterns. With patience and strategy, you can help them move forward.

Food for Thought: True wisdom is knowing when to guide gently and when to let go.
