But you must remember: Your senses are only showing you the shadows of your old thinking.

When doubt creeps in, tell yourself: “Things are shifting behind the scenes. My reality is catching up. With time, I will see the difference.”

This is the work. This is the practice. This is the secret.

Feeling is the instruction. Feeling is the bridge. Feeling is the path that leads you into the life you have imagined.
