Envy is the green‑eyed monster that poisons relationships. It can come from a boss, a co‑worker, or even a neighbour.

Bosses: Show loyalty and teamwork, even if they feel threatened. Acts of kindness can soften insecurity.

Co‑workers: Ignore gossip, highlight their strengths, and stay task‑focused. Don’t feed the fire.

Neighbours: Confront gently if needed or let them stew in their own envy. Sometimes silence is the best response.

But here’s the deeper truth: sometimes, the difficult person is us. Self‑reflection is essential. Ask yourself: Do I complain? Do I envy? Do I stall? Awareness and adjustment are the keys to healthier relationships.

Food for Thought: Conflict is inevitable, but growth is optional. Choose growth.
